Free Monthly Channel
Each month (or so) I post a free Light Language transmission here. It may be a Crystal, an Animal or Nature Spirit, or a focus on a particular Chakra or part of the body. I am open to whatever may come through as the Spirit’s healing gift, or whatever subject you may ask for. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or suggestions of something you would like to see here. Thanks.
Hello All,
I’ve just returned from a hiking trip in the Swiss Alps, so this month’s channeling is, you guessed it — mountains. The Alps are breathtakingly beautiful — or, if you’re not yet acclimated to hiking at high altitude as I wasn’t on the first day, simply breathtaking.
When I connected with the iconic Jungfrau and Eiger peaks, I was surprised by my first impression: joy. Joy is something I usually associate with the fire element — warm colors like yellow and red — yet here it was, radiating from these massive grey rocks. It made me rethink my assumptions. After all, mountains were forged in fire, lifted up by fiery processes deep within the Earth. Why shouldn’t they resonate with joy?
Mountains can almost be considered as functioning as the Earth’s crown chakra — reaching upward, deeply attuned to the stars and cosmos, carrying an otherworldly energy. It’s easy to see why people are drawn to climb them or connect with them in spiritual practice. But you don’t need to “summit” to feel their presence. I think mountains were made large so they could be seen, felt, and honored even from a distance.
I also visited Trümmelbach Falls, where a glacier-fed torrent has carved its way through the heart of the mountain. Thousands of gallons of water rush through every minute — a powerful and humbling sight. It reminded me once again to let go of preconceptions. The interior of a mountain is infinitely more alive and complex than we imagine.
This journey reminded me of the importance of seeing without preconceptions. Look higher, look deeper. Every mountain, lake, crystal, flower, or person is infinitely more complex and historied than you would think at a glance, and surprise and delight are your rewards for looking.
